Terms & Condition

1. All goods sold are NOT refundable nor exchangeable.

2. Prices are NOT negotiable.

3. All items are in good quality and brand NEW.

4. We are not responsible for any damages or lost caused during shipping.

5. We sell at a First come First serve basis.

6. No change of orders can be made after transactions are made.

7. Unpaid items will only be reserved for a maximum of 2 days. To secure reserved item, part payment of 50% has to be made.

8. All photos are taken professionally with much time and effort, therefore we appreciate that no one would attempt to grab them without permission:)

9. We will reply your mail as soon as possible, if you did not get our reply within 24 hours, kindly e-mail us again.

10. Colour of items in photographs may vary from the actual items due to lighting effects.

11.Goods will be mailed the next day after payment is received (with the exception of Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays).

12.Buyers are to bear all shipping cost of RM7 (West M’sia) / RM9 (East M’sia) via Pos Malaysia. Note: Postage will be determined by the weight of your item.
(For Pos Ekspress, where no signature needed upon receiving, we will not be held any responsible for item loss during delivery.)

For restockable item,
1. Advanced payment is needed for restockable item.

2. Once payment made, no back outs. Deposits will not be refund as the orders have been send to the supplier.

3. Some items are restockable but subject to availability. We reserve the rights to cancel the order in the case of items out of stock or in unsatisfied condition. We will make the full refund to you within 1 weeks time.

If we fail to restock for you, we will make the full refund.-Restocked item will be mail out after the day we restock.
